About Our Delivery and Shipping Services

We provide shipping only within India currently. We partner with leading logistics provider to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure a safe and fast delivery to you.

In case you are not reachable, or you do not accept the delivery of the products when attempted by us, we reserve the right to cancel your order in our sole discretion. Any amount to be refunded subsequent to such cancellation shall only be processed post deduction of the shipping and delivery charges borne by us.

Further, you acknowledge and accept that the title and risk of all products ordered by you and delivered to you shall pass on to you upon your receipt of the delivery thereof.

Summary of Shipping Charges

Please see below a list of the shipping charges that may be levied on your order placed with us, basis the delivery location and preferred mode of payment:

  • We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid orders. For orders that are not prepaid, we charge a nominal fee of ₹199 towards the shipping and handling charges.
  • The option to pay for your order at the time of delivery (“Cash on Delivery”) is available only in selected pin codes within India, and is subject to the order value cap of ₹15,000.
  • Please note that an additional charge of ₹199 is levied for Cash on Delivery payment orders.

Our Dispatch Policy:

We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our standard dispatch timelines range from between 1 – 2 weeks from the date of successful placement of your order. Our standard dispatch timeline takes into consideration such orders for which we may have to sometimes make a new piece based on your order. However, if your order is already available with us in the desired size, we dispatch it within 5 – 7 working days from the date of successful placement of you order.

For custom made orders, please note that Pret pieces are typically shipped within 2 weeks. An estimated delivery time is displayed on the ‘Order Summary’ page of our website at the time of placing the order. We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via email/whatsapp provided by you while placing the orders. 

Standard dispatch timeline for Ready to Ship products is 7 working days. Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 2 – 3 business days depending on the pin code for delivery within India. Unforeseen circumstances on our or the logistics provider’s end may sometimes cause delays, however, please be rest assured that our customer service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to get your orders delivered at the earliest. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will see if all conditions are met, your credit/exchange would be processed.

Please note:

  1. Products once delivered cannot be returned. It can only be exchanged for another product or store credit.
  2. Items will be considered for store credit/exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products are delivered without tags.
  3. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as muslin bags, branded boxes, should be included with your return
  4. All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
  5. No Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
  6. Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon or delivered later than stated delivery date. 

Exchange in India 

Step 1

To return an item, the customer must write to us at info@houseofpap.com. Alternatively, the customer may call/WhatsApp us at our customer care number +91-9000835434, within 14 days of delivery of the shipment.

Step 2

Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. We will try to arrange for a pick-up through our courier partner Bluedart. Just in case, their service is unavailable at your address, we request to self-ship it at our address.

Step 3

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and Courier the parcel back to us. Details will be shared in the email.
